Review: Have you ever been bullied? Have you ever been bullied in the 80's at a military school housing a spooky Satanic spellbook? Have you ever wondered what it would be like uploading that spellbook to an exceptionally 80's computer and using that computer to digitally summon up hellish powers to get sweet, sweet revenge against your bullies? Well, have I got a movie for you! As you'd imagine, the movie is a campy B-horror with the requisite gore, abysmal acting, and unnecessary nudity. It's nowhere near a splatter film, but the end sequence is like what Carrie would be like if the girl had demonic powers (and the film had half the budget and none of the technical finesse). It absolutely is a surprisingly fun movie, and it gets so close to entering into so-bad-it's-good territory, but the unnecessary fat just bogs the film down, at least for me. But, if you're a campy film enthusiast and willing to sit through a bit of an overlong preamble, then Evilspeak may just be the hidden gem you've been looking for.

Overall Score: 3 out of 5 Chads curious as to whether this would work as an anti-bullying PSA or not. Did Evilspeak scare you? Let me know your thoughts in the comments below!
